RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Under NO circumstances do we offer full refunds for products that are ordered.
However, we are very understanding and if the item you receive isn’t up to your standards (which we highly doubt) please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product to discuss further options.

DELAYED SHIPPING
For any reason your product is delayed because of shipping issues out of our control we will contact you in regards to this issue. We still DO NOT OFFER FULL REFUNDS, however depending on urgency of unit partial refund will be offered and overnight shipping will be waived (if standard shipping was selected) once scheduled delivery date has passed.
SHIPPING POLICY EXTENDED
Shipping times are effective after order has been processed. In most cases you will not receive a tracking number until your order has completed customization and is ready to be shipped. This can be 3-4 days after your order has been placed.
