Under NO circumstances do we offer full refunds for products that are ordered.
However, we are very understanding and if the item you receive isn’t up to your standards (which we highly doubt) please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product to discuss further options.
Exchanges are only available if the desired unit you’re wanting is

If the mistake was made due to customer error and the unit you’re wanting is NOT on hand your only option is to place a new order for the desired wig. Once new wig comes in you’ll be able to exchange original as long as there has been NO alterations. No cutting of the lace, no brushing out curls, no heat damage , unit must be returned in state is was delivered in. NO EXCEPTIONS
